In April 1999 we spent 10 days in Holland with a group of friends. We went there for Queen's Day, which is kind of like the Fourth of July celebration in the United States, except instead of everyone staying home and having a BBQ, it seemed like everyone in the entire country came to Amsterdam for 48 hours of non-stop partying.
